Amazon Studios hasn't revealed which character Goggins is portraying, but reports say he's playing a ghoul in Fallout language, someone who has been mutated due to radiation exposure as a result of nuclear war.
Goggins is perhaps best known for his work in Justified. He currently appears on HBO's The Righteous Gemstones and he will soon be starring in the Apple TV+ series The Last Days of Ptolemy Gray.
