The hires will induce the tech firm's blueprint to continue growing the £1 billion RuneScape franchise and construct new OSRS gold game adventures. In spite of the coronavirus scenario that is current, 2020 is poised to become another year of substantial investment in recruiting, the Cambridge Science Park firm states.


Jesse America has been appointed executive producer of an online action role-playing sport. Jesse has over 18 years of experience in RuneScape business, from prototyping to live match operations working across various aspects of game development. Jagex is joined by him from Activision Blizzard King, in which he held senior production characters and Call of Duty Mobile. Mario Rizzo has joined as executive producer of an unannounced multiplayer online role-player game. He has been developing MMORPGs having started his career working as a producer on the EverQuest series & Star Wars Galaxies in Sony.


Mario was later responsible to the global publishing of Games as a Service in Ubisoft and Digital Arts. He led the firm and recently co-founded Artisan Studios. Jendrik Posche joins as executive producer that is specialized with more than three decades of experience in production and technology. Jendrik will be operating across the studio to help direct and support complex initiatives, ensuring that the service keeps growing and new features are produced.

Jagex's flagship MMORPG, RuneScape, has welcomed to its world over 270 million player accounts and is a 1bn lifetime revenue franchise. The company is expanding its portfolio with new IP and franchise titles. Jagex employs 320 people at its Cambridge headquarters over and is a part of Fukong Interactive Entertainment, a games group that is global listed in China.
