Sure enough will push against RuneScape

I think Dungeoneering-like content is fine and cheap OSRS gold good. We have some (Raids, Gauntlet). No reason for it. You're incorrect about inevitability. The simple fact is that the community is divided on the point and will stay divided. It was amusing figuring out, but in the end it was effective to rush dungeons and thus ignore the majority of the articles and ignore the survival component of the skill. Since you had to come across a team and many teams are bad, it was exposed to this"Barbarian Assault" factor. Its worse since it's a skill, therefore people on your party have levels that are various, and a few folks need to reset prior others. That is why in 2012 I never dungeoneered and received my rapier.

Sure enough will push against it, but if it goes into a survey I am saying over 75% will likely vote yes. As for your remark about being stuck with lousy teams making the experience bothersome,, I think it's a bit unfair to compare it to BA, in BA most men and women play to get a single item and then dip outside once they have sufficient points. The roles aren't intuitive enough which you can jump in not understanding what be a successful member of your group and seamlessly your roll is supposed to perform. Dungeoneering floors don't have the same time limitations of BA waves, and everyone on the group is performing exactly the same instinctive actions to become through the floor (split up, hunt rooms, find keys, group to kill boss).

I believe today that discord, the osrs youtube community, along with the reddit community are so prominent new players would have a way more easy time figuring out exactly what they're supposed to be doing. Dungeoneering being a skill with a lot of long term benefits to enjoying with it direct to and will result in a far greater community than BA that's a cesspit of people who just care about acquiring one thing accomplished and never playing it. I also get this is subjective but BA was not a great deal more enjoyable than Dungeoneering, it was actual PVM and mystery solving content. Some of the functions in BA are just tedious beyond anything else in RuneScape.

Remember that the gamers are also big part of osrs' future. Rather than maintaining the nostalgia age players on top of this I'd imagine the goal for jagex is to increase their playerbase. Notably when something such as toggleable HD images could bring a lot of new players (ik it is tougher for prospective content ) without making current playerbase to evaporate. During Corona I have seen alot of new people playing who have chosen up RuneScape game on mobile, so I would imagine the playerbase keeps becoming less of"real 2007 gamers" as the time continues.. Like someone pointed out new players combine for RuneScape gameplay and somewhat unique grindy accomplishments gameplay, but I doubt that anyone picked RuneScape game since they found graphics attractive.

Younger players are a significant part of the future of Jagex, but not necessarily OSRS. What's now RS3 was supposed to be a game which could retain players as they got old through quality upgrades that were consistent, and earn new/younger gamers as they added more information and improved images. What ended up happening is they made OSRS win back some of those older players and to try they had dropped through design decisions in the game. They didn't expect it to buy runescape 3 gold be successful, or come everywhere near the game.
