MMOruki: Even if they slay for those drops the majority of RuneScape

The likelihood of RS gold getting a whip within a 75-125 kill range is possible, maybe not tipacal, but potential. You've got more of a possibility of getting it within a 1-540 kill range. However, you may not get one. Also, if you ask anybody why they train slayer, its nearly always for the big drops. Ex: whips from abby deamons, sol from ice strykewyrms etc, etc..

Even if they slay for those drops the majority of their gain wont come from them, particularly on ice wyrms they have amazing drops, the SOL is just a small bonus. The 1/540 comes from the average fall (mite be 520 cant remember) but it comes from gamers submitting exactly how many kills it requires them to have a whip, yes its possible to get on your range, but that isnt the fall speed.

Guthans Plate - Adequate, Fighter torso provides a wonderful Strength bonus so that it's also a good alternative if you can not afford Bandos; also I'm not 100% sure about this but I believe Torag's (and Dharok's) gives marginally better defensive stats and can be worth 650kish so that it's worth getting imo. Verac Skirt - Obby shield (operating towards rune/dragon defender) - You really ought to get a Dragon defender.

Explorers Ring - Warrior's ring is not very pricey (300kish I think?) So you should get one. Obby Cape - In case you don't have a skillcape/fire cape this is the ideal cape you can purchase so that it's good. Meh, here is what I'd suggest. Helm of Neitiznot (Decent defence bonuses, and a prayer bonus). Fighter Torso (Takes a couple of hours to get from BA, and contains a strength bonus + it doesn't degrade). Verac Skirt/Dragon Platelegs (Verac Skirt for tanking functions, Dragon Platelegs for routine combat). Dragon Boots (For that asset bonus)

Barrows Gloves (Offers great stats for gloves, but requires Recipe for Disaster to be FULLY done ). Abyssal Whip/Dragon Scimitar (Whip for training defence/attack, and scimitar for training strength). Dragon Defender (Dragon Defender to Boost crime with whip/scimitar). Berserker Ring/Warrior Ring (BR for advantage bonus, or WR for slash bonus). Your present setup is fine, but I would suggest something that does not hamper. Dragon Platelegs with Fighter Torso, for instance. Dragon Platelegs aren't too pricey, and the Fighter Torso only costs a few hours to OSRS buy gold get. Or Bandos armour if you're a really wealthy participant.
