RuneScape - This is a far too costly training method

One way to stop "pk bots" is to RuneScape gold make training combat fun and not a hideous experience. This is possible by introduction of things targeted directly at pkers and other players who grind, such as creating a game where you get monetary rewards for fighting well against people not rewards that are experience or non-tradables.

While you might be thinking "this will disrupt our economy", or something like that I think that the majority of pkers would buy lots of supplies prior to starting pking and then send their cash to suppliers of the common pking supply. I don't think a light price increase for pking supplies is going to be too bad as a lot of items have been extremely affordable due to botting.

This will solve the issue of pkers having to work for money, and then resorting back to botting. Pkers now have enough capital to open a pkbank and have the skills to begin with pking. Account trading and selling will most likely decrease on the buyers' end. This will reduce demand and sell accounts generally. I will expand on this further.

It's becoming harder for me to determine the XP rate in each skill to make fair adjustments in line with the natural limits of the XP. What are feasible training methods and their basic XP/h rates for each skill, for intermediate-high levels of players?

Methods of learning that were evaluated to be gp/xp should have rates that aren't too high, like Demonic Thrones. This is a far too costly training method for a lot of people to use. This is just intended for BXP. However the rates are adjusted to account for the 2.7x modifier. People can afford to buy OSRS gold train in expensive or difficult methods.
