We don't like to talk about rumors and Madden 22 coins speculation; however, we're determined to improve Franchise as a part of our ongoing Madden NFL 22 live service and beyond. The two updates are part of the Franchise updates we'll be releasing in Madden NFL 22. We'll be providing more information on the updates in the new year.

The announcement follows an article by Sports Gamers Online that EA has decided to cut off additional games with franchise-based modes in Madden 22. The IGN report was primarily based on an chat with Madden 22 executive producer Seann Graddy. The executive producer said that the content roadmap for this year is "slightly less ambitious than in years in the past" as the team is concentrated on a few important areas rather than attempting to release content on the scale of Superstar KO, a well-received arcade mode launched in Madden 20.

"I would suggest that [the roadmap is] likely to be a little less ambitious than what we have seen in the past because we're focused on a few key areas within Madden 22 and as well, getting started on Madden 23 in a big way," Graddy said at the time. "So I will stand by our previous statements over the last couple of years"we're a live game and we'll continue to improve Madden, however we're definitely not going to be talking about a brand new mode."

The report garnered attention due to Mut 22 coins for sale the fact that franchise mode is a source of contention for some Madden players. Indeed, the promised roadmap originally came in response to the #fixmaddenfranchise campaign that circulated Twitter in mid-2020, which started after reports suggested that EA wasn't planning improvements to franchise mode that year.
