Season 2 will be a tribute to NBA 2K22 MT His Airness, Michael Jordan and the championship-era Chicago Bulls. Season 2 will introduce new rewards for both MyCAREER as well as MyTEAM. In MyCAREER attaining the level 40 during Season 2 will earn the Skeleton Mascot. In MyTEAM, the reward for MyTEAM after reaching the 40th level is A Pink Diamond Kevin Garnett.
This season's new edition will introduce new challenges, including the "Rebirth" quest as well as a an award for MyCAREER. Earning Rebirth will let players build a new MyPLAYER. It can be upgraded into 90 OVR, with no more grinding required. Think of it as an "New Game+" version of MyCAREER. The second season will alter the way in which TTO: The100 works with MyTEAM, with players never losing points if they take the win.
This new NBA season is fast nearing, which means the time to dive into the latest version of NBA 2K. NBA 2K22 released on September 10th and boasts the biggest city in the series and a redesigned MyCareer mode. But do improvements actually make a difference to the game experience?
NBA 2K vets Mike Sykes and Nick Schwartz have been busy playing since the launch and have discovered that, while the on-court gameplay is arguably as good as it's been, the rest of the 2K22's features could need some tweaking.
In conclusion, I really like the RPG 2K MT element in the storyline of NBA 2K22. It's as if Grand Theft Auto meets NBA 2k meets The Sims, which sounds like (and is) a whole lot. However, I like moving throughout the adventure at my own speed.
