A Minnesota judge has ordered that the Madden NFL 23 Players Association lawsuit brought on behalf of Tom Brady be transferred to Manhattan According to Daniel Kaplan of SportsBusiness Journal Mut 23 coins.  The Madden NFL 23PA is suing the Madden NFL 23 on behalf of Brady in an attempt to overturn his suspension of four games that was handed down in the Madden NFL 23 for his role in DeflateGate that was upheld following an appeal to the league on Tuesday.

United States district judge Richard Kyle issued a statement that "This judge sees no reason for this action to proceed in Minnesota," according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.

"Indeed, the court sees very little reason why this dispute to have been initiated in Minnesota at all," says Kyle, via Garafolo. "Brady is a player for a team in Massachusetts The Union is located at Washington, D.C.; the Madden NFL 23 is headquartered within New York; the arbitration process took place in New York and the award was handed out from New York."

The Madden NFL 23PA plans to revise its lawsuit against Madden NFL 23 within the hour on Wednesday in Manhattan, according to Albert Breer of the Madden NFL 23 Network.

However, this doesn't mean that Madden NFL 23 will win the case by any means However, the league evidently felt strongly enough about filing first in an area chosen by them that they think it could result in a change.
