In their posts about NYCC, Pop and Son Champion Cosplay express a great deal of pride in RoboCap – and rightfully so. "Combined my 2 favorite characters," one post is captioned. "So happy how it turned out." In another post, Pop and Son noted the long road to realizing RoboCap, proving that patience is one of the supreme artistic virtues, as the result of their planning and labor is a perfect actualization of their vision. The characters naturally compliment each other – it is easy to imagine, in a version of the Marvel Universe where Omni Consumer Products – makers of Robocop – exists, for them to roll out a Captain America-edition robotic cop.
