Miami, FL (SportsNetwork. Carlos Bacca Jersey .com) - Maybe the Chargers thought their bye was this week. San Diego will actually be off next week and will have plenty of time to think about a humbling 37-0 loss at Miami on Sunday. Ryan Tannehill threw for 288 yards and three touchdowns in just three quarters of work for the Dolphins (5-3), who completely dominated en route to their third straight win. It was Miamis most efficient outing of the season and clearly San Diegos worst. The Chargers (5-4) have lost three in a row and were blanked for the first time since a 34-0 loss at Kansas City on Oct. 31, 1999. The Dolphins racked up 441 yards of offense and the defense came up with three interceptions of Philip Rivers, as Miami pitched its first shutout since a 21-0 win over New England on Dec. 10, 2006. I was confident going into the game that we were going to play well, said Dolphins coach Joe Philbin, who left the team for two days during the week to be with his father who died on Friday. It was a total team effort in all phases of the game. Tannehill completed 24-of-34 passes without an interception and was Miamis second-leading rusher with 47 yards on four carries. He left in favor of Matt Moore to start the fourth quarter. It was a great team win, said Tannehill. Now we need to build on it. Rivers exited the contest late in the third quarter after completing just 12- of-23 passes for 138 yards. He was also sacked three times and lost a fumble, as San Diego managed only 178 total yards and a mere 10 first downs. We didnt have a good day as a football team today, said Chargers coach Mike McCoy. Poor in all phases. We have to figure this thing out, as coaches and players, and turn this around. The Chargers actually looked good on their first series, holding the ball for half of the first quarter after the opening kickoff. A pair of long third-down conversions had San Diego deep in Miami territory, but a holding penalty negated a big run. The Chargers then nearly picked up a 3rd-and-17 when Keenan Allen came up a yard short at the Miami 22. Electing to try for the first down, Branden Oliver was stopped behind the line of scrimmage on fourth down. It was all Miami from there. The Dolphins went 77 yards with their first possession and took a 7-0 lead when Tannehill found Charles Clay in the back left corner of the end zone from six yards away on the only third down of the 10-play set. Tannehill completed each of his six passes during the march, including a 24-yard connection with Clay early in the series. After a San Diego punt, Miami drove 61 yards for another touchdown. Tannehill keyed it with a 22-yard run to the 10-yard line and Lamar Miller scored from the two three plays later for 14-0 lead early in the second quarter. Rivers was then picked off by Reshad Jones on the first play after the kickoff and the Dolphins converted with a 26-yard field goal from Caleb Sturgis, who added a 25-yard boot on the next Miami series for a 20-0 advantage. He missed from 45 yards away as time expired in the first half. The Dolphins outgained the Chargers 282-118 in the first 30 minutes, and it was more of the same in the second half. Miami took the opening kickoff and drove 72 yards for a touchdown. A San Diego penalty for illegal use of hands gave the Dolphins a first down after they would have been forced to punt following a third-down sack. Tannehill took full advantage, capping the series with a 21-yard scoring strike to Rishard Matthews to make it 27-0. Brent Grimes intercepted Rivers on the next Chargers possession, leading to another short Sturgis field goal. Miami failed to convert another Grimes pick on the next San Diego series and punted for the first time, but Rivers was sacked and fumbled just three plays later. Jared Odrick recovered for the Dolphins at the San Diego 14 and Tannehill immediately took advantage with a touchdown pass to Jarvis Landry on the very next play for a 37-0 cushion. Rivers took a shot to the elbow on the sack and left the contest on the next series in favor of Kellen Clemens. Game Notes The Dolphins have won eight straight against the Chargers in Miami. San Diegos last win in South Florida was on Jan. 2, 1982, the epic 41-38 overtime victory in the divisional playoffs ... Miami posted its largest shutout margin since a 42-0 victory over Kansas City on Oct. 11, 1987 ... The Dolphins scored a touchdown on their opening possession for just the second time this season ... Dolphins guard Daryn Colledge was inactive because of a back injury and had a streak of 135 consecutive games stopped ... Chargers center Rich Ohrnberger left the contest with injured ribs and nose tackle Sean Lissemore suffered a quadriceps injury. Oscar Murillo Jersey . The D-Backs came into being in 1998 and appear destined to finish second in the AL West after the Tsunami that is the Los Angeles Dodgers swept over them. I thought it might be interesting to see what the D-backs have done over their 16 years compared to what the Blue Jays have done over their past 16 campaigns. Carlos Sanchez Moreno Colombia Jersey .com) - Former foes from the Mountain West Conference battle in the 23rd annual Las Vegas Bowl, as the 23rd-ranked Utah Utes clash with the Colorado State Rams at Sam Boyd Stadium on Saturday.SEATTLE - Game plans vary from week to week, opponent to opponent. Any NFL coach will scoff at the notion theres a formula that works the same against everyone. The exact opposite is true when constructing a contender. The basics must be adhered to:—Stability in coaching, the front office and, perhaps most importantly, ownership.—Forward thinkers.—Strong drafting and personnel decisions.—Oh, and standout quarterbacks.Pete Carroll, who won national championships at Southern California and now has a Super Bowl ring with the Seahawks, never thought he could top USC. His mind has changed.I thought I had seen the top of it. We won for so long, Carroll says of his Trojans years. We won a lot of games there, a lot of games in a row, and did a lot of stuff. How could you hope to hit it again? Ive been around coaching a long time. Its hard to do that and its rare when it happens. So it just feels like we were very fortunate that weve been able to find a way to put it together in this fashion.Lets see how this Final Four stacks up.SEATTLE (13-4)On the verge of becoming the first defending Super Bowl champion in a decade to reach the game again, the Seahawks easily check off all those categories.Hired in 2010 and given full power by owner Paul Allen — perhaps the NFLs richest man, but one who doesnt interfere in how the team is run — Carroll added John Schneider as general manager, and off the Seahawks went. They made the playoffs that first season, albeit as the first division winner with a losing record (7-9), and upset New Orleans in a wild-card game. The building had just begun, though, and it didnt all come together until 2013.Seattle has done its best work in the draft. Such stars as QB Russell Wilson, DBs Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor, LB Bobby Wagner, and mainstays C Max Unger, LBs K.J. Wright and Malcolm Smith (last Februarys Super Bowl MVP), and TE Luke Willson were drafted after the first round. Key wideouts Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse were undrafted. The Seahawks have hit the mark with veteran free agents DLs Michael Bennett, Tony McDaniel and Cliff Avril, too.As for forward-thinking minds, simply look at their belief that 2012 third-rounder Wilson should start as a rookie. He merely has a record-setting 36 regular-season wins already.GREEN BAY (13-4)The only publicly owned NFL team, the Packers havent allowed democracy to slow them in the Mike McCarthy era. While Packers President Mark Murphy is a steadying presence in Titletown, McCarthy and GM Ted Thompson have built a winner around All-Pro QB Aaron Rodgers.Their philosophy is to build from within — rarely does Green Bay delve into free agency, although the addition of DE-LB Julius Pepper was masterful this season. Of course, when youve gone from a Hall of Fame type quarterback in Brett Favre to another one in Rodgers, it makes personnel movess easier. Cristian Zapata Colombia Jersey. This is the ninth year of our program, says McCarthy, who led the Packers to the 2010 NFL championship. Weve gone through this. Having 20-25 per cent of your roster turning over and the majority of it being first- and second-year players, its a process that you go through from Game 1 until today, and you put your best foot forward Sunday.McCarthy and his staff arent afraid to gamble, be it trusting that a jack-of-all-trades collegian such as Randall Cobb could become a star receiver, or that moving standout outside LB Clay Matthews inside would make the defence more formidable.NEW ENGLAND (13-4)Robert Kraft is one of the most powerful NFL owners, with input on all key issues. He might be more involved in league matters than those of his team, because he has Bill Belichick in charge. And Belichick has Tom Brady behind centre. Enough said.New Englands hierarchy reports to Kraft on business matters, to Belichick on anything football-wise. With all personnel matters in his hands, Belichick is willing to take chances (see Randy Moss, Chad Johnson, LeGarrette Blount, et al) on veterans with troubled histories. He also reads the draft better than most — except perhaps the Seattle group — finding gems everywhere, from DT Vince Wilfork in the first round (2004) to Brady at No. 199 way back in 2000 to quarterback turned star receiver Julian Edelman (232nd in 2009).No one pushes the limits in all aspects like Belichick. Some of it (Spygate) gets him in hot water, and others — last weeks use of eligible players at ineligible positions — is totally legal, if devious.INDIANAPOLIS (13-5)When Peyton Manning was at quarterback, this was a model franchise under coach Tony Dungy and owner Jimmy Irsay. Much changed when Manning missed all of 2011 following neck surgeries; Dungy had retired in 2009. Irsay has been the constant, and hes had his own personal issues, including a six-game league suspension after he was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanour driving while intoxicated and four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. But Irsay is a first-rate owner and his choice of Chuck Pagano as coach has been a terrific one. The Colts have gone 11-5 all three of Paganos seasons, and have progressed one step further in the playoffs each year.A major reason: they lucked into Andrew Luck. Manning departed in 2012 just when Luck was coming out of Stanford, and the Colts earned the top draft pick.Pagano is a defensive mastermind, yet the Colts have been more impressive with the ball in his tenure. Theyve scored beyond Luck in the last three drafts with the likes of WR T.Y. Hilton, TEs Coby Fleener and Dwayne Allen, DEs Bjoern Werner and Jonathan Newsome, and OL Jack Mewhort.Yes, they belong in this Final Four.___AP NFL website: www.pro32.ap.org and twitter.com/AP_NFL  Cheap Nike NFL Jerseys China NFL Jerseys White China NFL Jerseys Wholesale Authentic Jerseys China NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL T-shirts Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale ' ' '
