Chinese company Tencent is rather dominant from the gaming industry. It owns an important part of Riot Games (League of Legends), a minority stake in POE Currency Epic Games (Fortnite: Battle Royale), and is also partnered with PUBG Corporation (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds). Add another studio towards the list as Grinding Gear Games, developer of liberated to play ARPG Path of Exile, has already established a majority stake acquired by Tencent.
Standard, Standard Solo Self-Found, Hardcore and Hardcore Solo Self-Found versions on the event will likely be available on PC and Xbox One, with Path of Exile Currency microtransactions and Mystery Boxes offered for free as rewards.
