Grinding Gear Games, creators of the action RPG's Path of Exile, have announced a third season of popular racing events. At these special events, players with new character rush through the game as quickly as possible, trying to make as much loot as POE Currency possible and ascend many levels. At the end of the event season, the characters are deleted and the best players receive prizes.
There will also be a new game mode called "
escent" for the third event season in Path of Exile. In this mode, you can no longer return to a city and use waypoints or portals. This makes the Descent mode a pure solo player experience.
