I do work in the industry:-RRB- although I don't operate at EA and I am not actually defending anything, per se. If the authenticity of the simulation is the reason you liked maintaining a training staff, then I think that's great, and perhaps EA should consider that point of view for franchise upgrades. I don't think that everyone who plays with franchise desires a 1:1 diversion, and franchise players are not a monolith. So that the absence of coaching staff maintenance to me is a wise design choice (again, my opinion), rather than a part of the tendency of less franchise growth for more MUT along with other more monetized manners. Would love to see the revival of this NFL Head Coach manufacturer sooner or later, or maybe an ultra realistic manner!

Push resources towards mut and would be to save cash and time to franchise. Watch envision taking skyrim or any rpg and eliminating customization of what your avatar looked like since we desired to streamline that or now you cant update abilities how you want or at now its streamlined so that you pick a class and it is all preset abilities without a customization. Thats the point of franchise it's an rpg not only a simulator. You're the proprietor, Coach, or player and it ment to give that experience to you.

Thus taking away Decisions I can make for the sake of streamlining the procedure makes the experience lacking and worse. You could say maybe not everybody whats those opinions or else they get used by everybody who plays it. Same ever most people do will never play everythin in those games to buy Madden nfl 20 coins but having the material is better then maybe not. So again there was no fantastic reason to stip down and eliminate options in a manner just to"streamline" an inherent role playing experience.
