To get a NBA-simulation, sure. No need for a license to get a MyPark-type game in which you make your own player though.99percent is way too large. This has been done. Freestyle Basketball was famous for quite a couple of decades, its still running, they made a"sequel" on consoles which I believe is somewhat popular if less popular as the first game. I believed they kind of crossed the line as far as microtransactions at NBA2K17 where real progress of your personality was too slow without a major in sport money bulge. It is still a fantastic game series but those with low tolerance for microtransactions are not going to have a fantastic time realizing the in game buys and skills are often pretty costly and earning points ingame is much more to buy nba 2k20 mt of a grind than it should be.I obtained 2k19 for $5 just like a month before 2k20. For $5 it was worth and I will never pay a dime more for those games.And I'll never pay another dime for much more of those games. It's not necessary to purchase Sports games when they're worse or all the same.
