MMOruki: I bought NBA 2K, I have drafted from the Thunder at mycareer

I bought NBA 2K, I have drafted from the Thunder at mycareer

Well now is a very transitional period for mt nba 2k21 OKC. This is the first year that the Thunder have not had Westbrook or Kevin Durant on the roster so matters are very odd. The Thunder lost to the monstrous Heat Big 3 and have been a team on the cusp of something fantastic, but just reached one Finals. The best player on the roster right now is up for discussion. A lot of people would state Shai is your best player because of his incredible potential, and I would be hard pushed to disagree. Chris Paul also deserves a nod to being an ageless wonder managing to guide a young and gutted roster to a"playoff" place.

Biggest rival is hard to pick. I would say it's a toss up between Golden State (due to KDs snakely death ), San Antonio (since they have always been a significant test for OKC in the playoffs), Utah (because their fans are garbage and have had beef with OKC forever), and possibly even Dallas but that was so from the past.I've been a Thunder fan since about 2010 and I can honestly say this team has been a blast to follow. A lot of ups and downs with all the roster and achievement, but Presto always manages to put a competitive team. Since I've been avidly watching OKC they have only missed the playoffs and it was the season which both Westbrook and KD were hurt for big stretches.

Westbrook took a group that was a shell of its former self and managed to put together one of the most remarkable man seasons in NBA history and transporting them into a playoff berth. Definitely put the Rockets. The season well might have competed for a ring that he knocked Russ out having a dirty play that changed his career forever. Obviously Harden being there and being the whiniest player in the league also doesn't help.

I agree re: the rockets. I think that team was probably the Thunder side, a their best shot at a title. While losing Harden was big, I think the growth of KD and Westbrook, in addition to Kevin Martin being like 80 percent as great as Harden (because 6th man role sharing the ball with the other two at that point in their careers) more than made up for that loss. Sefolosha could shoot on a bit. Collison balled out and Perkins hadn't been completely passed by the league by. I remember walking around watching that match in my phone and seeing Russ lift his leg up after that play I knew it was not going to go as intended. Losing Harden hurt the offense a little, but like you said KMart filled in well at that point. I think if Russ does not get hurt OKC gets a ring which season.

This is an wonderful breakdown, but Portland should be added into the rivals list as well. I really coined it, but outside of this past year I never actually felt as though they had been about the same level as Houston, Utah, SAS, or GS, but I could definitely say they're an honorable mention at the very least, instead on the exact same level as Dallas. I put Dallas on there because Cuban is such a damn trill and super dirty series we played the year we made the WCF against GS. Came out running his mouth once the series started and if I recall properly Mejri (sp) and Zaza did every dirty trick they were able to win and still got slapped around. OKC went for to GS on that run. If KD really shows up in NBA 2K21 match 6 or 7 of the series we'd have observed another finals appearance. I'll forever stand by the speculation that KD understood he was going to GS already and stop going all in when he realized they were about to mt for sale 2k21 eliminate his soon to be team.
