Devonta Freeman continues to disappoint Wholesale Minkah Fitzpatrick Jersey , and fantasy players who have him on their teams are widely freaking out after spending a first round pick to get him.

The Atlanta running back has had 12 or fewer carries in four straight games, but the yards per carry mark has been fine. He’s also involved in the passing game with eight catches in his last three games. It’s taking Steve Sarkisian a lot of time to get this offense going, but there’s a good chance the Falcons figure it out. It’s not like Tevin Coleman is getting many touches – those who have him should think about selling after his touchdown last week.

Kansas City running back Kareem Hunt played a season-low 54 percent of snaps in his last game only had 37 yards on nine carries. He’s rushed for under 100 yards in four straight games after hitting the century mark in four of his first five games. It’s probably just a matter of limiting the rookie’s workload, but this team is at its best when Hunt is getting touches. The bye week should help and Hunt has a great matchup in Week 11 against the New York Giants. Hunt’s owners may be willing to part ways because of his light usage and the bye. Don’t worry about Charcandrick West as he’s only likely to take a few catches away, not rushing attempts.

Article continues below ...

Chargers wideout Keenan Allen has a really tough matchup this week against the Jags and that may be enough for owners to part ways. Allen has fewer than 67 yards in four straight games and five of his last six. MostImage of those matchups were tough but things get easier after this week. Allen gets the Bills Ronald Jones II Super Bowl LI Jersey , Cowboys and Browns over his next three games. He also has a matchup with the Chiefs and Jets come fantasy playoff time. His 72 targets on the season are tied for the 12th most. Allen’s owners may not care about the volume, but you should.

Broncos receiver Demaryius Thomas scored his first touchdown of the season last week and now is the time to sell him. Thomas has only one 100 yard game, and he’s had two games with 11 yards or fewer and two games with two or fewer catches. Now he has to play with Brock Osweiler at quarterback, which hurts his outlook. Something has to be said about the 21 targets over the last week, but he’s only caught 13 of those balls and a lot of his production has come in garbage time. You can’t count on that each week.

T.Y. Hilton finished as WR1 last week Authentic Kerryon Johnson Jersey , so you know what that means? Time to sell high on the Colts wideout. Hilton has three 100 yard games this season, and is coming off a five catch, 175 yard game with two touchdowns. Hilton has taken advantage of every easy matchup this season, but has been invisible in the tough spots. He has five games with three or fewer catches, and now he has Pittsburgh Chukwuma Okorafor Super Bowl LI Jersey , Jacksonville, Denver and Baltimore left on the schedule.

Sammy Watkins may not have done enough last week to sell him, but you should definitely shop him. The Rams wideout only had one catch, but it was 67 yard touchdown. Watkins isn’t good enough to face top coverage, and the proof is in his game log. He has one or zero catches in four of his last five games. The Giants were without Janoris Jenkins last week Authentic Orlando Arcia Jersey , but he’ll see some top corners over the next few weeks as he has games left against Minnesota, New Orleans, Arizona, Philadelphia and Seattle.

EAST RUTHERFORD Clive Walford Super Bowl LI Jersey , N.J. (AP) NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell held a round-table meeting with roughly 25 owners, league executives and players on Tuesday night to discuss the national anthem demonstrations.

New York Giants linebacker Jonathan Casillas said the summit at the league’s headquarters in New York lasted roughly two hours and was attended by several of the NFL’s most prominent owners Derrick Nnadi Jersey Elite , including John Mara of the Giants, Robert Kraft of the Patriots and Art Rooney II of the Steelers. NFL executive vice president Troy Vincent also attended along with eight players from five teams.

Casillas said the group talked about what to do to move forward and how to approach the ”whole kneeling situation.”

”It was a whole bunch of opinions shared Authentic Kevin Hogan Jersey ,” Casillas said. ”There was nothing we decided we’re going to do collectively. I think it was a very conducive meeting.”

NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said the gathering was one of the many conversations that have happened this week within the NFL.

”The commissioner believed with all the owners here for committee meetings it was important to bring in some players and hear directly from them,” McCarthy said in responding to an email from The Associated Press. ”While the conversations will remain private Jason Sanders Jersey Elite , they were very informative and instructive.”

Please feel free

For more than 30 years I have been running specialized self defence courses and seminars. Over that time I have shown thousands of people how to protect and look after themselves.

Increasing personal safety ALWAYS commences with awareness.

Since most men may be attacked in almost any situation and for a wide-ranging variety of reasons I offer the following advice.

Here is a list of ten simple things that you can do immediately that will increase your safety:

1 - Most men get involved in physical trouble as a result of saying something rude Antonio Callaway Jersey Elite , offensive, tactless, stupid or hurtful. Controlling what comes out of your mouth can keep it in good shape. Think before you speak.

2 - If a fight breaks out in a bar - leave immediately. Go before all the drunks and brawlers start swinging chairs, bottles Authentic Phillip Gaines Jersey , glasses and punches. A "free for all" usually starts with just two protagonists. Innocent bystanders often get hit. Those who leave all the fools to bash each other do not.

3 - NEVER attempt to mediate an argument between a man and a woman. Both will cease arguing or fighting with each other and turn on you - the common enemy. If you fear for the woman's safety, call the police.

4 - Understand that many people these days have a cocktail of drugs and booze in their veins. It makes them argumentative, aggressive and "Mike Tyson-esque." Avoid people who are "off the planet." Even a casual glance at them can set them off. Leave them with their own demons.

5 - Don't make the fatal mistake of thinking that ANYBODY fights "fair" any more. Those days are over - they have been since the John Wayne era! Expect multiple attackers, weapons Authentic Breeland Speaks Jersey , possibly both.

6 - The cemeteries are full of dead heroes. Don't add to their number. Run if you can. There is no shame in avoiding a fight. In fact, running away is smart.

7 - Recognize objects in every room of your home that could be used as makeshift weapons. Home invasion is a growing curse these days due to the unwillingness of our governments to protect their citizens.

8 - THIS IS MORE OF A LEGAL WARNING: Understand that if you allow yourself to be placed in a "compromising" position with a woman, particularly one who is "under-age," then the woman's version of events will usually be believed over the man's version. Do not allow yourself to get into such situations.

9 - Negotiation is a far higher art form than physical confrontation. Do anything reasonable to avoid a fight. NOTHING good ever comes out of conflict. War is proof of that.

10 - When all else fails Authentic Joseph Noteboom Jersey , your back is to the wall and there is absolutely no other alternative left remember... "it is better to be tried by twelve than carried by six."

Remember my opening words - "increasing personal safety ALWAYS commences with awareness." Increase your awareness, mind your manners, know your surroundings and you will certainly improve your safety.

NASHVILLE Authentic Lorenzo Carter Jersey , Tenn. (AP) The Tennessee Titans finally making the playoffs left Pro Bowl defensive lineman Jurrell Casey speechless.

Well, for a moment anyway.

”Thinking amazing. Unbelievably fulfilling,” Casey said. ”I’ve been waiting this for seven years, and finally got the opportunity to get out there.”

Article continues below ...

Plenty of his Tennessee teammates are experiencing all sorts of emotions after helping end the franchise’s playoff drought after eight long seasons.

Only 18 of the Titans who helped beat Jacksonville 15-10 in the regular-season finale to clinch the AFC’s No. 5 seed have been to the playoffs before.

That leaves 35 making their playoff debut Saturday when the Titans (9-7) visit the Kansas City Chiefs (10-6).

Linebacker Brian Orakpo has only been with the Titans three seasons, but this will be the postseason debut for the nine-year veteran.

After nine years, the 31-year-old Orakpo was beginning to think he’d never get the chance at a playoff game.

”I’m excited personally Wholesale Ronnie Harrison Jersey , and I’m really going to enjoy it,” Orakpo said. ”Work my tail off this whole week to make something really happen while we are in there (the playoffs).”

The Titans, given Monday off, snapped a three-game skid to earn their playoff berth. They will go to Kansas City as big underdogs with the Chiefs already favored by 7+ points.

Long odds are no issue for the Titans who saw firsthand last spring what a team can do in the postseason no matter the seed.

They cheered as the NHL’s Nashville Predators went into the playoffs as the second wild card in the Western Conference only to reach their first Stanley Cup Final.

Now they hope to mimic what the Predators did.

”We’re excited,” quarterback Marcus Mariota said. ”Hopefully, we can take it just as far as they did.”

Linebacker Derrick Morgan Fred Warner Jersey Elite , Tennessee’s first-round pick back in 2010, had to wait until his eighth NFL season to prepare for his first playoff game.

”We are one of six AFC teams, so anything can happen,” Morgan said. ”It’s the playoffs. You have seen a lot of fifth and sixth teams go all the way, so we’ll see what happens.

”It’s been a long time coming. A lot of 2-14 seasons and 3-13, and 6-10 seasons. To finally have a meaningful game in Week 17 and actually get in feels great Authentic John Smoltz Jersey , man. Our boys don’t stop.”

Coach Mike Mularkey’s job status reportedly was at risk with a loss. Controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk, who promoted ImageMularkey as an interim coach in November 2015 and gave him the job in January 2016, was in the locker room to greet her coach who just earned his first playoff berth in his fifth full NFL season.

Mularkey said he didn’t feel the need to address the reports that he might be fired with his team.

Instead, he led the Titans to their first back-to-back winning seasons since 2007 and 2008, and linebacker Wesley Woodyard gave him a game ball after the game.

”It’s more gratifying because I was here for two of the years that we weren’t so good. To watch a team take a franchise and believe in something, and watch it turn around and become competitive every Sunday Braden Smith Jersey Elite , where they have a chance to win every single Sunday, is gratifying,” Mularkey said. ”That’s what you coach for.”

Now the Titans have another goal they will try to scratch off Saturday: Win their first playoff game since January 2004.

EDMONTON Wholesale John Kelly Jersey , Alberta (AP) The Los Angeles Kings took advantage of a five-minute power play and rolled to a big win against a Pacific Division opponent.

Marian Gaborik, Dustin Brown and Adrian Kemp scored during the lengthy man advantage, and Jonathan Quick made 32 saves for his third shutout of the season to lead the Kings to a 5-0 victory over the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday night.

The Oilers got the power play after Oilers forward Patrick Maroon was given a major penalty for a hit to the head on Kings defenseman Drew Doughty late in the second period.

Article continues below ...

Brown said getting payback for the hit was a motivator.

”That’s part of it, especially when it’s probably our best player,” Brown said. ”But probably more so it’s a divisional game and we can finish it in the first five minutes of the third period. And that’s what we did.

”The power play hasn’t been great for us this year Wholesale Cody Latimer Jersey , but you don’t need a great power play, just a timely one.”

Doughty left the game after the hit but was able to return in the third period.

”When stuff like that happens, your team just comes together, scoring three goals on the power play to really shove it up their butts was awesome,” Doughty said.

”I’m feeling all right now. I didn’t see it at all. He got me right in the head. I didn’t have the puck D.J. Fluker Jersey Elite , that’s why I was so shocked by it. But I’ve known Maroon for a long time, he’s just trying to finish a hit. I don’t know that he meant to try and hurt me. I forgive him.”

For his part, Maroon said there was no intent to injure on the play.

”I’m glad he came back and finished the game,” Maroon said. ”Honestly, I’m a big forward Authentic Matt Holliday Jersey , just going in to do my job on the forecheck. My elbow didn’t come up, it’s just unfortunate that my body hit him in the head.

”I play the game hard. I’m just mad they gave me a match (penalty) and it hurt us.”

Gaborik began the flurry by using a screen to rifle his eighth goal of the season past Talbot 1:36 into the third. They got another one four minutes into the third when Anze Kopitar’s shot hit a defender on the way toward Talbot and was helped on its way into the net by Brown.

Los Angeles made it 4-0 with its third power-play goal shortly afterwards, as a shot that caromed off the glass had Talbot looking the wrong way, allowing Kempe to score a gift goal.

Brown added another goal with 1:32 remaining to cap the scoring. Andy Andreoff scored late in the second period for the Kings, who are 4-1-2 in their last seven games.

Cam Talbot stopped 28 shots as Edmonton lost its fourth straight while getting outscored 18-6 in that stretch.

The Kings had the bulk of the early chances before Edmonton started to pick up the pace later in the scoreless first period Darius Leonard Super Bowl LI Jersey , with Quick making 14 saves, while Talbot made 12 stops.

Los Angeles finally broke the scoreless deadlock with 5:39 remaining in the second period on a 2-on-1 break as Torrey Mitchell fed Andreoff and he beat Talbot for just his second goal of the season.

Edmonton came close to tying it with 40 seconds left in the second, but Jesse Puljujarvi’s shot rang off the post with a wide open net.

NOTES: Oilers F Connor McDavid has now gone three games without a point for the first time in his NHL career. … It was the first of four meetings between the two teams this season. … The Kings were without Jeff Carter (ankle) and Christian Folin (upper body).

Red Wings general manager Ken Holland has suddenly come to appreciate how valuable first-round draft picks are when a team’s not in playoff contention at the NHL trade deadline.

”I’ve been on that on the other side Mike McGlinchey Super Bowl LI Jersey ,” Holland said, recalling Detroit’s heydays in the late 1990s and early 2000s, when the Red Wings were competing with Dallas, Colorado and New Jersey in vying to add top talent to strengthen their playoff run. ”When those teams made a move, we were aware of it.”

The Red Wings were far from that position, sitting in a tie for 12th and five points out of contention, when the trade deadline struck on Monday afternoon. Though Holland wasn’t discounting Detroit’s chances of making a late-season push Rashaad Penny Jersey Elite , he wasn’t exactly dealing from a position of strength.

Article continues below ...

Rather than adding a player, the Red Wings subtracted . They traded established forward Tomas Tartar to the Western Conference-leading Vegas Golden Knights for three draft picks, including a first-round selection.

”This wasn’t a rental in this case,” Holland said of Tatar, a three-time 20-goal-scorer with three years left on his contract. ”But the trading of the first-round picks speaks to those teams that have had great years and feel that they’ve got to do something that really impacts their team.”

The Golden Knights weren’t the only contender giving up high draft picks on a day 18 trades were completed.

Six first-round selections – two of them conditional – were dealt Monday, the most to move on the final day of NHL trading since at least 2008, according to league figures. And no first-rounders had moved on each of the previous two trade-deadline days.

San Jose Sharks general manager Doug Wilson attributed the amount of first-rounders dealt to how tight the playoff races are Adidas Patrice Bergeron Jersey , particularly in the Western Conference. Before games on Monday, six points separated the Sharks, who sit second in the Pacific Division standings, and Colorado, which was 11th in the West.

”It’s supply and demand of those players that can make a difference,” Wilson said after trading a conditional 2019 first-round pick to acquire Buffalo’s Evander Kane . ”Some people would say pricey, but it almost always is pricey at this time of year when you have competitive juices flowing.”

The East-leading Tampa Bay Lightning traded a 2018 first-round pick P.J. Hall Super Bowl LI Jersey , a conditional 2019 first-rounder and three players to acquire Rangers captain Ryan McDonagh and J.T. Miller, New York’s second-leading scorer.

The Winnipeg Jets gave up a first-round pick to add even more offense to the NHL’s fourth-best scoring team in acquiring Paul Stastny from St. Louis.

Nashville parted ways with a first-round pick to land forward Ryan Hartman from Chicago.

Those deals don’t include the first-round pick the Rangers acquired as part of the trade that sent Rick Nash to Boston on Sunday. And Pittsburgh gave up a first-round pick last week as part of a three-team trade to add Ottawa’s Derick Brassard.

Rangers GM Jeff Gorton was the big winner as far as accumulating top draft picks to help spur an overhaul of New York’s aging roster.

”There’s a lot of opportunity to grow as a team and make our team better,” he said. ”I feel like we’re just starting.”

The Rangers now have three first-round picks and seven over the first three rounds, leaving Gorton with the option of using some of them in trades.

”Whatever it takes,” he said. ”We’re looking forward to it. Having three picks is exciting.”

Some executives found the price of parting with a first-round pick too steep, which prevented them from making moves. They included the Columbus Blue Jackets, who gave up a third-round pick and role players in acquiring defenseman Ian Cole from Ottawa and forward Thomas Vanek from Vancouver.

”I guess we were out of that competition because we kind of established our position from the start that we don’t want to give up a first-round pick Authentic Jose Quintana Jersey ,” GM Jarmo Kekalainen said before noting the Blue Jackets dealt their 2017 first-round pick to Vegas as part of the NHL expansion draft last June.

”I can already feel the effects of the one-year hole, I definitely didn’t want to feel the effects of the two-year hole in the depth chart,” Kekalainen added. ”That was a non-starter.”

SUNRISE Adidas Jakub Voracek Jersey , Fla. (AP) The Florida Panthers are still alive for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. They’re going to need some help, though.

Jared McCann scored with 5:37 left and Roberto Luongo got the win in his 1,000th career game, helping the Panthers stay in contention with a 3-2 victory over the Boston Bruins on Thursday night.

The Panthers trail the Philadelphia Flyers by four points for the final Eastern Conference wild card and have two games remaining, including a matchup Sunday night with Boston. Florida needs to win both games and have the Flyers lose to the New York Rangers in regulation Saturday.

”It would be nice to control our own fate, but we don’t have that luxury,” coach Bob Boughner said. ”Who knows what’s going to happen, but we know we have a job to do. Let’s just hope that we are in a situation Saturday when the puck drops we’ve got a chance to make the playoffs.”

The Panthers were also chasing the Devils and Blue Jackets, but both teams clinched playoff spots with victories Thursday.

The 39-year-old Luongo became the third goalie to reach the 1 Derrius Guice Super Bowl LI Jersey ,000-game mark, joining Hall of Famers Martin Brodeur (1,266) and Patrick Roy (1,029). Luongo is the 322nd player to reach the milestone overall. He stopped 26 shots Thursday.

”It wasn’t easy. I was feeling a little bit sluggish today for some reason, but tell you what, the boys probably played their best game of the year,” Luongo said. ”That’s the best gift the boys could have given me.”

Aleksander Barkov scored his 100th career goal, and Florida’s Frank Vatrano scored a goal against his former team.

Barkov left the game with 6:51 left in the third period with an apparent upper-body injury after he was checked hard into the boards by Colby Cave. McCann took his spot on the top line and was able to make an impact.

”I was ready to go,” McCann said. ”I look for those opportunities every day. I was able to step up.”

There wasn’t an update on Barkov after the game.

”I know the doctors are back there checking him out Adidas Bo Horvat Jersey , so I don’t have anything as of now. It didn’t look great when he was going off the ice, to be honest,” Boughner said.

Danton Heinen and Ryan Donato scored for the Bruins. Tuukka Rask stopped 32 shots.

”Yeah, a tough start,” Rask said. ”They came to play, that’s not a surprise to anybody. They’re fighting for their lives and need every point they can get. You have to be ready for that and we weren’t.”

The Bruins have lost three straight, their longest losing streak since a four-game skid from November 8-15.

”You don’t want to go into the playoffs limping,” Rask said. ”You want to go in full stride and that’s something we have to fix the last two games.”

Boston remains tied with Tampa Bay for the lead in the Atlantic Division, but Tampa owns the tiebreaker. Each team has two games left.

”We’ve got one out of six points on this trip Jeremiah Attaochu Jersey Elite ,” coach Bruce Cassidy said. ”That’s what happens in this league, I don’t care what teams you play. A bad formula to play from behind. Guys have to be ready to go when the puck drops. That’s something we have to look to correct.”

McCann tipped in the winner off Mike Matheson’s shot from the left side.

The Bruins tied it at 2 on Heinen’s goal 2:11 into the second period. After a defensive turnover, David Krejci passed across to Heinen, who beat Luongo on the stick side.

Trailing 2-0, the Bruins closed to 2-1 on a power-play goal by Donato, who corralled a bouncing puck in front and swept it behind Luongo with 4:41 left in the first.

The Panthers took a 1-0 lead on Barkov’s goal. Evgenii Dadonov made a nice pass from the right side to Barkov, who tucked the puck into the corner of the net at 7:42.

The Panthers went ahead 2-0 after Vatrano, acquired by the Panthers in a trade with Boston on Feb. 22, poked in a rebound at 9:34.

DALLAS — When the Boston Bruins and Dallas Stars meet Friday night at American Airlines Center Authentic Orlando Arcia Jersey , it’s a game that will offer an interesting study in contrasts.

That’s because the Bruins (45-17-10) head into Friday’s tilt fresh off clinching a playoff spot for the ninth time in the past 11 seasons thanks to a 2-1 overtime loss at St. Louis on Wednesday.

“Well, it’s step one, right? Going into the season, we wanted to make the playoffs, be a Stanley Cup contender, at some point hopefully you’re a Stanley Cup favorite,” Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy said postgame in St. Louis. “That’s kind of where it goes from there, but right now we got in, so we’re going to be a contender, right? That’s the good news. Now going forward Authentic Kyzir White Jersey , we want to be in the best position possible.”

Boston did not practice Thursday, but some players found their way onto the court at American Airlines Center to shoot baskets since the Utah Jazz had cancelled their morning shootaround in advance of a Thursday night game with the Dallas Mavericks.

The Bruins, who are 20-10-5 on the road, are led offensively by a pair of 70-point players in Brad Marchand (75 points) and David Pastrnak (70 points).

Boston is 8-2-2 in its past 12 games, 15-9-3 against the Western Conference and 5-4-2 against the Central Division.

And even though the Bruins crossed one pretty huge thing off their to-do list Wednesday by punching their ticket to the postseason, Boston defenseman Matt Grzelcyk knows there is still plenty of work to do, even with 10 games remaining in the regular season.

“Yeah, obviously it’s exciting and we’re looking forward to it, but we still got 10 more games left to play and we want to go into the playoffs playing the right way,” Grzelcyk said after the St. Louis game.

Dallas (38-28-8) Authentic Justin Jones Jersey , on the other hand, practiced Thursday, well at least most of the team hit the ice in Frisco, Texas. Defensemen Dan Hamhuis and John Klingberg, and center Tyler Seguin did not practice but all had excused absences with maintenance days.

The Stars will be playing at home, where they are 24-10-3, for the first time since a disastrous six-game road trip that saw them go 0-4-2.

Only Vancouver, who Dallas hosts Sunday, has a longer active losing streak right now as the Canucks, who beat the Stars 6-0 in Dallas earlier this season Authentic Yasmany Tomas Jersey , have dropped seven straight.

Dallas coach Ken Hitchcock was asked after practice Thursday if he’s happy to be home and to have a change of scenery, a query he answered in a roundabout way.

“I don’t even look at it that way,” Hitchcock said. “We had such great energy in the last four games and such great efforts throughout the hockey club, you feel like through the process that it’s going to turn your way. Now, the shortness of what’s left in the season kind of magnifies everything. At the end of the day, we know we need wins.”

Another oft-discussed topic during Hitchcock’s media scrum Thursday was injuries as he offered updates on several injured Stars.

Center Jason Spezza (back) remains sidelined and will be evaluated again in two weeks, about the same time goaltender Ben Bishop (knee) will be evaluated.

Defenseman Marc Methot (hand), who has been in and out of the lineup for much of the year, practiced with his teammates Thursday and could return for Friday’s game.

Hitchcock said if Methot can’t play, he would plug young defenseman Dillon Heatherington back into his defensive rotation.

Despite their recent struggles Byron Maxwell Super Bowl LI Jersey , the Stars are still only three points out of the second and final wild-card playoff spot in the West, which is currently occupied by the Los Angeles Kings, who have 87 points.

“I want to get there for the players because we need that experience. We need the experience of the next level and the next level,” Hitchcock said. “The longer we stay in this thing, the better it’s going to be for us franchise-wise and that’s what we need.”

Dallas is 14-8-8 against the Eastern Conference this season and considering that two of the three games on this homestand are against Eastern foes (Philadelphia), there’s no time like the present for the Stars, who are 1-5-3 in their past nine games, to start righting
