Amazing Tactical Helmet Bulletproof - The Future Of Ballistic Protection

The military equipment with advanced technology are the order of the day, there are multiple devices that lead to the tactical combat to another level, turning to the soldiers nowadays into true warriors of the future. Protective suits have evolved with the implementation of new materials, tailored and specialized in providing better protection in the deadly melee battles that are fought daily around the world. To get more news about bullet proof zone, you can visit bulletproofboxs.com official website.

Many of us already know the popular bulletproof vests that provide a fantastic protection against bullet impacts, accompanied by tactical helmets that only protect the upper part of our heads. These implements are used by almost all security corps and elite troops worldwide; Now exists in the military market a Ballistic Helmet Developed by the Japanese company called Devtac, surprising many by its qualities and spectacular appearance.
The creator of Devtac, Wesley Shibata began his foray into the design of protective equipment in 2004, with the manufacture of protective masks for Airsoft made of plastic and with very striking designs, Over time he became interested in the developmental research of chewing facials and ballistic helmets designed for tactical military use.

The "Devtac Ronin Ballistic Mask" is equipped with a GPS System that provides soldiers with their exact location on the battlefield along with that of their companions, in addition, it is flameproof and has a cooling system that protects us from Heat and gases. It is made of ballistic protection plates capable of stopping a bullet from an Ak-47 and even direct shots of .44 magnum caliber.

It also has special accessories that allow to see in the dark by means of an infrared and thermal system that emits a signal directly to the front lenses of the equipment left by the thermal footprint.

The Helmets has received the "Level 3A Tactical Ballistic Helmet" and its creators claim to be the most advanced in the world in its class and "literally bulletproof." It has already been tested by United States Special Forces and Navy SEALs, and is now operational in the UK Special Forces, SAS (Special Air Services).

Are your summer tires worn out? How to check tread depth

Are your summer tires worn out? How to check tread depth

Your summer tires take you everywhere—to the lake, to weddings, to grandma’s house. Since you put so many miles on your summer or 3-season tires, it’s important to perform regular inspections so you can catch signs of damage or wear-and-tear before you hit the highway. To get more news about summer car tires, you can visit gofortunetire.com official website.

If you see cracks, bulges or abrasions, your tires should be replaced. Otherwise, you’ll want to replace your tires once they reach a certain tread depth.

According to most manufacturers, and even the law in most provinces, your tires should be replaced when the tread depth reaches 4/32” in the winter and 2/32″ in the summer. If your tread depth wears to those levels, your tires are considered bald and a safety hazard.

How to check your tread depth
With a tire tread depth gauge
Tire tread depth gauges are a fast and easy way for you to know for sure if your tires are safe or if they need to be replaced.

1. Find the shallowest groove of the tread and insert the pin of the gauge until the base is flush with the tire.

2. Read the scale. Here’s what you might see, and what you should do:
Tire tread depth gauges are available at most gas stations. Keep one in your glove compartment for easy access.

Don’t have a tire tread depth gauge? You can check your tire’s wear the Canadian way, with a quarter.

With a quarter
Insert a quarter into a tire tread groove with the caribou nose down and facing you. If the tire tread covers the tip of the nose, it’s probably adequate. If you can see the tip of the nose, it’s time to bring your vehicle in.

With tire tread wear indicators
Your tires may also have built-in tread wear indicators. They’re little raised bars—usually six on each tire—along your tires grooves that mark the minimum permitted tread depth. If these indicators are worn, replace your tires right away.

Why you want summer tires with a good tread depth
Tires at or above the recommended tread depth level can give you better traction, reduced risk of punctures and the ability to dispel moisture so you won’t hydroplane on wet roads.

When summer tires reach the end of their life
If it’s time for your tires to retire, bring them to any Kal Tire store and we’ll take care of recycling tires for you. You are welcome to drop off up to four off-rim tires so they can be recycled into products such as rubber mats and playground surfaces.

The best home security products of 2022/2023

The best home security products of 2022/2023

As we prepare to wrap up another year, it’s a good time to look back at the best home security products of 2022. Our primary focus here is on DIY products, of which the industry has churned out plenty. The good news is that quality is way up, while prices have mostly held steady in the face of inflationary pressure. That’s what competition does for you.To get more news about home security product, you can visit securamsys.com official website.

Probably because of ongoing supply-chain disruptions, there were a handful of products didn’t reach us in time for adequate consideration, but we will review them as soon as we can and will update this list when we do. In a perfect world, no one would need to consider which brand of smart speaker or smart display they’ve already adopted when buying a home security product. Since you do, we’ve taken that into consideration here.

And as we always do with our annual best-of picks, we didn’t eliminate any great products from consideration just because they came to market before January 1, 2022.Ring’s best doorbell was its first home security product to feature radar-based 3D motion detection, a technology that can now be found in the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro and its Spotlight Cam Pro family of devices. Its camera captures what it sees in very high resolution–1536p–with HDR and a 150 x 150-degree viewing angle, so you get a head-to-toe view of visitors on your porch (and any packages they might have left for you). Ring’s Pre-Roll feature will record six seconds of motion before it sends you an alert, so you can see exactly what triggered the alert. If you also have an Alexa smart speaker or display, you can use Ring’s Quick Replies to have Alexa answer doorbell rings for you–and even record vistiors’ messages. You’ll need a Ring subscription to enable those last two features and to get recordings; you’ll only get a live feed without one.

The Logitech Circle View Doorbell offers video resolution 1200 x 1600 (WxH) pixels to give you a head-to-toe look at visitors, and it boasts a very wide field of view: 160 degrees. An LED light strip on the bottom of the doorbell will provide color night vision up to six feet from the camera, which is equipped with a 5-megapixel image sensor. Like all security cameras in Apple’s HomeKit ecosystem, you’ll get fabulous privacy features: First and foremost, if you also have an Apple HomePod mini or an Apple TV 4K (2021 model or later), you can keep all your security cameras’ video recordings processed locally. These recordings are encrypted when uploaded to your iCloud account, and no one but you has the keys needed to decrypt them.

Despite its name, the Nest Doorbell (Battery) can operate on either battery power or low-voltage wiring if you’re replacing an old wired doorbell. If you do have that kind of power source, the doorbell’s onboard battery will kick in in the event of a power outage. The Nest Doorbell (Wired) is equally worthy of consideration; it has the option to record 24/7 for up to 10 days. These are dual-band devices that can be connect to either 2.4- or 5GHz networks. The camera’s artificial intelligence can distinguish between people, animals, and vehicles moving within its 145-degree diagonal field of view. It can also remember familiar faces to provide you more informative alerts when someone approaches your porch. There’s two-way audio support, of course, or you can have pre-recorded greetings play when someone rings the doorbell. As with Google’s other Nest cameras, storage for three hours of recordings is included; you’ll need a Nest Aware subscription if you need more than that.

The Nest Cam (battery) is a powerful home security camera that’s flexible enough to be deployed indoor or out and is truly wireless. Its magnetic mount makes for easy installation and aiming, and it supports both 2.4- and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. You get 1080p video resolution and a generously wide 130-degree field of view. Unlike some of its competitors, Google includes cloud storage for three hours of video recordings without a subscription. If you need more, its $6-per-month Nest Aware service bumps that up to 30 days for as many Nest products as you own, while a $12-per-month Nest Aware Plus plan increases your allotment to 60 days and up to 10 days of 24/7 recording (the camera must be plugged into its optional AC power cord to enable that feature).

Introduction to AutoCAD blocks and why you should use them

Introduction to AutoCAD blocks and why you should use them

Blocks are one of the most important object types in AutoCAD and they are also very frequently used in almost all types of drawings. If you are not using blocks in your drawings then you should better start soon because you are missing some of the awesome benefits of AutoCAD blocks. To get more news about download cad, you can visit shine news official website.

What are Blocks
In the context of AutoCAD, blocks are the collection of geometries that act as a single object and they can be used in a drawing repetitively. The blocks which are used in the drawing are called block references and if you modify the block all its references change automatically.
The blocks can be a plain simple collection of static geometries or you can also make blocks with dynamic properties and these types of blocks are called dynamic blocks.

Why you should use Blocks
As I mentioned earlier one of the primary reasons for using a block is its ability to modify all its references by modifying a single block.

As an example, if you are using blocks for creating windows in a floor plan and after adding the windows you decide to modify the type of window. In this case, you can simply modify the window block and all its references used in the drawing will change automatically.

Blocks also help you in keeping the file size under control. A drawing made with blocks for repetitive objects will be far smaller than the drawing which uses copied instances of repetitive objects.Blocks also help in keeping consistency in your project drawings, by using the same set of blocks you can avoid a lot of confusion among different members working on a project. This is the reason many organizations prefer their own set of standard blocks which can be used and reused as per their own requirements.

You can also keep track of block data using attributes. The attributes are information such as manufacturer name, part number etc which is associated with a block and can be extracted to an excel file or a drawing table. To know more about blocks watch this video.
Groups have a little similarity with blocks and they can also be used in places where you want to make an object from multiple geometries. Groups don’t have the properties just like blocks, but if you want to categorize multiple objects as a single unit then groups are your best option.

Process Coffee in Yunnan, China

Process Coffee in Yunnan, China

We are excited to announce that BlendIn Coffee Club will soon be offering a NEW Single-Origin coffee from a region that we have not offered in our cafe, yet. This will be a Double Natural Fermentation coffee from the Yunnan Province of China. You may have never heard about coffees from Yunnan, but this is an emerging specialty coffee producing region that is sure to wow any coffee lover as they taste the unique flavor profile of this non-traditionally processed coffee. To get more news about yunnan arabica coffee, you can visit shine news official website.

As we source coffees from around the world to offer in the cafe, there are many things that are taken in to account when we go through the selection process. One of the most important criteria is that it needs to be of exceptional quality. This coffee exceeds that standard.

As with all of our coffees, this Double Natural has a unique story behind how we came to source this coffee from Lin Run farm in Pu’er.One year ago, in January of 2018, the owner of BlendIn Coffee Club, Weihong Zhang, and the General Manager, Aaron Atkinson, went on an origin trip to the Yunnan Province in China with the Roaster’s Guild and the Specialty Coffee Association. It was on this trip that they met the owner of Lin Run Coffee company, who was processing their coffee in a non-traditional way. They found that this coffee was one of the best that they had tasted during the entirety of the trip. Fast forward to January 2019, and we are proud to bring this coffee processed using the Double Natural Fermentation method to the United States and offer it in our cafe through a direct-trade partnership. Double Natural Fermentation Processing Method- this consists of sealing the coffee in bags for the first round of fermentation for three days right after being picked from the trees. For the second round of fermentation, the coffee cherries are then dried on raised beds until the moisture content drops below 12%.

Along the way, Weihong and Aaron met a lot of great people in the coffee industry, made international connections, and were able to experience the specialty coffee production and quality that is coming from the Yunnan Province of China. We can not wait to share the coffee with you all when it arrives in late March in the United States. Make sure to stay tuned for the official release date!

Westminster Council removes anti-bird spikes from tree

Westminster Council removes anti-bird spikes from tree

Activists took to social media to slam Westminster Council for adding the "cruel" barriers on a large tree at Hanover Square, Mayfair. To get more news about Bird Spikes, you can visit senpinghz.com official website.

The council originally claimed they were needed for "public safety" to stop birds defecating on a bench below.Soon after they were installed, pictures were posted on social media showing spikes running along branches of the large tree.

One Twitter user said: "All the issues we have at the moment and this is how one council spends tax payers' money. Next we will be draining the sea as fish might rub up against someone's leg."

Saffron Gloyne, from the Animal Welfare Party, said the spikes should be taken down, branding them an example of the council spending public money on "unmitigated animal cruelty".The Labour-run council explained the spikes had been installed a week ago, but had now been removed.

Cabinet member for city management, Paul Dimoldenberg, told the Local Democracy Reporting Service: "Having looked again at the temporary measures introduced onto one tree, on reflection we agree that there may be better alternatives and the spikes will be removed as soon as possible.

"We put them up as large numbers of pigeons were perching on a particular branch, covering the bench beneath and surrounding area with bird droppings, rendering it unusable and unhygienic. The intention was to encourage the birds into surrounding trees so that visitors can enjoy the park safely."

On Monday the council posted on the Twitter: "We can confirm the spikes have been taken down. Many thanks for calling our attention to this and for your patience."

Survival Emergency Solutions First Aid Kits

Survival Emergency Solutions First Aid Kits

Whether you’re heading into your local national park or further afield, we’ll be the first to say a comprehensive first aid kit should be one of the first pieces of gear that gets packed. But when there’s such a vast range available on the market, how do you choose? To get more news about IFAK kits, you can visit rusuntacmed.com official website.

We faced this exact dilemma a while ago after finding all kits aren’t equal. In fact, they’re far from it. After coming across long-time Aussie family business, Survival Emergency Solutions and their Australian designed products, we found a range of first aid kits that could help get us out of trouble whether we’re hitting remote tracks or knocking about the paddocks at home. Here’s a closer look at its Workplace and Snake Bite kits.
WHAT YOU GET
Both kits are made from a moisture-resistant and durable polyester material. Each also has strong zips covered by an extra layer of material for additional protection from the elements. After looking at a range of kits, we found it hard to go past the Workplace kit which is jam-packed with first aid goodies suited to our style of travel. Conceptually, this kit has been designed for a workplace to be compliant, but it was our go-to choice because of everything it contained.

The front of the kit is where you’ll find features like a quick referral CPR card, and a large colour-coded legend outlines how the kit contents have been colour coded and grouped together into categories, making it easy to go straight to what you need. Next to these categories are three QR codes which are linked to the Survival Emergency Solution’s website. By scanning them with your smartphone, you’re taken to the website for restocking the kit, accessing a comprehensive first aid handbook, or downloading the iFirstAid app to either an android or iOS device.

The kit opens into three sections once unzipped. All kit contents are labelled indicating what the item is used for, and everything is colour-coded in either black, red, green, or blue. Where multiples of some items have been provided in the kit, these are shown with the applicable number displayed.
The first section (referred to as the Personal section) has a meshed zipped area where there’s an instant ice pack, and a couple of mesh pockets have been left empty so there’s room to customise the kit to add your own personal medications and other items. They’ve squeezed a lot of gear into the back of this section starting with some general first aid items such as tweezers and shears, band aids and gloves. But there’s also a small quick referral guide booklet covering various first aid procedures and for recording injuries and notes, plus you’ll find an emergency blanket and some cleaning wipes here as well.

The middle and third sections focus on items generally associated with trauma, so this is where you’ll find a CPR kit, multiple types of dressings, and a range of bandages including an innovative heavy duty and reusable SMART bandage for snake bites. What makes this bandage unique, is it pictorially demonstrates how to achieve the correct tension when applying a pressure immobilisation bandage so that it’s effective. The back of the kit features the MOLLE system (an acronym for Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment) which follows the military style of tailored attachment when carrying the kit.

Similarly, the Snake Bite kit is made of the same polyester material as the Workplace kit and comes in a khaki colour for differentiation. It’s a compact and lightweight kit (555 grams) which opens into two sections; and contains a splint, emergency blanket, multiple pressure bandages, some gloves, gauze swabs, and a step-by-step snake bite and CPR instruction card to walk you through the process. There’s also a permanent marker to record the bite details and three pressure bandages (two of these are the SMART snake bite type).

Coca-Cola buys full control of Bodyarmor

Coca-Cola buys full control of Bodyarmor

Coca-Cola announced Monday it has bought full control of sports drink maker Bodyarmor for $5.6 billion, making it the company’s largest brand acquisition to date.To get more news about bulletproof tactical helmet, you can visit bulletproofboxs.com official website.
The beverage giant bought a 15% stake in Bodyarmor in 2018, becoming its second-largest shareholder. At the time, basketball legend Kobe Bryant was its third-largest shareholder after investing in Bodyarmor in 2013, just two years after its founding. The estate of the late NBA star will receive roughly $400 million from the sale, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The deal for the remaining 85% of Bodyarmor isn’t entirely unexpected. Coke first said in February that it intended to buy a controlling interest in Bodyarmor later this year in a pre-acquisition filing with the Federal Trade Commission.
Gatorade is far and away the market leader with roughly 70% market share. By touting itself as a healthier sports drink, Bodyarmor has surpassed Coke’s Powerade to become the second-largest player in the category. According to Coke, the sports drink brand’s retail sales this year are expected to be more than $1.4 billion, up about 50% this year.

As part of the deal, Bodyarmor co-founder Mike Repole will collaborate on the company’s still beverages portfolio. Repole also founded Vitaminwater, Smartwater and Energy Brands, all of which are now owned by Coke. Repole and BodyArmor President Brent Hastie will also stick around to help Bodyarmor in its quest to overtake Gatorade.

“After I spoke to [Chairman and CEO James Quincey], I asked him if I could be chairman of the board. I think he muted me after that,” Repole told CNBC’s Sara Eisen on “Squawk on the Street” on Monday. “But I wasn’t afraid to ask, so I’m going to try my best to get on the board.”

Repole said that the plan to have him act as a consultant for other parts of its portfolio is a sign that Coke wants to do things differently. He’ll be sharing ideas on how to upgrade Coke’s marketing, packaging and innovation.

Consumer Edge Research analyst Brett Cooper wrote in a note published Monday that it will be difficult to quantify Repole’s involvement with Coke, but it seems more likely to be positive rather than negative, given his past successes.

Ahead of the deal’s confirmation, Credit Suisse analyst Kaumil Gajrawala wrote in a note Friday that he expects the acquisition will be positive for Coke, citing Body Armor’s brand equity and the potential for Coke to distribute its sports drinks globally, like it did for Monster.

Coke has been overhauling its own portfolio since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, killing off drinks that haven’t been selling well. That includes its short-lived Coca-Cola Plus Energy drink in North America this spring. At the same time, under Quincey, the company has been striving to offer a wider array of beverages.

New Russian Soldiers Issued Fake Body Armor

New Russian Soldiers Issued Fake Body Armor

If you are a Russian soldier, you cannot rely on body armor to protect you. Because there is a good chance that it is either inadequate, missing or even, due to chronic corruption, a replica made for Airsoft play — paintball wargaming — with no actual bullet resistance. To get more news about bullet proof zone, you can visit bulletproofboxs.com official website.

Back in 2017 the Russian army proudly announced that it had received 200,000 sets of advanced Ratnik-2 (“Warrior-2”) body armor, and that by 2020 deliveries had reached over 300,000 sets, enough for the entire force. Ratnik-2 is a modern design, similar to Western body armor. The main protective garment is the 6B45 vest with Aramid soft armor (similar to Kevlar) providing protection against low-velocity bullets and shrapnel, and Granit ceramic plate inserts to stop high-velocity rifle bullets in vital areas. But this is not the armor being seen in Ukraine.
Soldiers in the Russian-backed LNR and DNR units are wearing older 6B23 body armor which Ratnik superseded; the older version transmits too much blunt trauma to the wearer (leading to broken ribs or internal injuries). Soldiers mobilized from occupied Crimea in the 810th Separate Guard Brigade fared even worse, and were issued old bulletproof vests with holes which they tried to repair with insulating tape.

Where is the regular armor with a high degree of protection?” complained one Crimean on Telegram social media. “At least do something for the people who are going to defend your life!”

What happens to the armor they are supposed to get? In 2021, a Russian captain was convicted of stealing at least 56 sets of body armor, which can easily be sold on Avito, a Russian competitor to eBay. According to one news report, new equipment is sold online and soldiers are routinely issued with secondhand uniforms and other gear. A year ago a 6B45 protective vest was worth as much as $250 when sold online.According to the UK’s Defence Intelligence, some new conscripts are now being forced to buy their own body armor. Except that, thanks to the inevitable law of supply and demand, prices have now gone up and the same protective vest will now cost you $640 online. Which increases the incentive for anyone in the supply chain to steal them.

The same problems of theft and substitution apply to the Granit plates. Ukrainian soldiers have been bemused to find that instead of the high-tech ceramics, captured body armor is fitted with cheap steel plates. A Twitter post in August from the 95th Air Assault Brigade shows Ukrainian soldiers testing these plates: an AK-74 round goes clean through two stacked together.
Some armies do use steel inserts in body armor, as they are much less expensive than ceramics, but these are rugged and made of high-grade steel. The Russian ones seem to be much thinner and a video on Twitter shows a Ukrainian soldier contemptuously bending one in half.

The plates may be makeshift substitutes because the real thing is not available, or soldiers may have been told that they were getting genuine protection. The fake plates are as futile as the ‘cope cages’ welded to the turrets of Russian tanks and which proved ineffetive against the top-attack weapons like Javelin they were supposed to stop.

Perhaps the worst case of fake armor is a video this week of a Russian soldier complaining about his newly issued “super bulletproof vest” which he says is an Airsoft replica. Many Russian companies make these and they are perfect copies of an actual Ratnik 6B45 at a fraction of the cost. They appear identical and have the same fit and attachments for ammunition pouches and other gear. The big difference, as the makers point out, is that “The vest is designed only for airsoft, cosplay and collectors and is not intended for ballistic protection.”
